Being in the industry for years, we know the best suppliers of heaters and steam generators in the world. We have partnered with these factories to make sure you receive the highest quality product on the market. We buy from these suppliers because of their quality, warranty program, UL listing and customer service, not solely on price.

Our branch locations are staffed with only Apex employees. All these employees have been trained by the factory on our products and the installation of these products. Our corporate policy is called the “Sundown Rule”. All employees get back to the customer with your answer by the end of the day.

Our Salespeople have the ability to view your order as it goes through our production schedule. If a deadline is approaching, we can move your order ahead to make sure your product is delivered and installed on time.
